No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. (the "Charity Promotion"). Purchasing or paying will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility: The Charity Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age in their state or province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of  Inspired Miracles ("Sponsor"), Inspired Miracles ("Promotion Administrator"), and their affiliated entities (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), are not eligible to enter. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local  

How to Enter:

    1. Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.inspiredmiracles.org and purchase eligible products for automatic entry. Eligible products and the corresponding number of entries will be listed on the website. Purchases involving declined credit or debit transactions or returns are not eligible.

    2. Mail-In Entry: Handprint your full name, complete valid address, valid phone number with area code, valid email address, and birth date on a 4" x 6" postcard and mail it to: Inspired Miracles, 293 W 530 N, Vineyard, UT 84059. You will receive one entry per postcard.  

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees related to the prizes. The Grand Prize must be claimed by January 31, 2025, or may be forfeited.

Additional Terms for Travel: Travel must be arranged through the Sponsor and is subject to availability. The winner is responsible for transportation  and any personal expenses. The Sponsor is not liable for any issues related to travel.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via phone, email, or mail. Failure to respond or to provide required documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Disqualification and Limitations: Any entries that do not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of technical issues or other causes beyond its control.

Releases: By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any liability arising from participation or use of any prize. They also agree to waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Publicity: Participation constitutes permission to use the entrant’s name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without compensation, where permitted by law.

Privacy: Personal information collected through this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by Utah law, with all disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Provo, Utah.

Severability: If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
